16 strategic initiatives were supported, from time tracking and travel-expense management to workforce planning. 761 requirements were captured in structured form with the help of AI, creating fast clarity on what is actually needed, and noticeably reducing the workload for everyone involved. 9,911 data points from vendor responses were analysed in depth, forming the foundation for every well-founded decision.
